How can an IT Recruiter make money or save money to his Company?
As a Recruiter how can you make money to your company? At times this might be difficult, than work out the other end, How can you save money to your company??
Irrespective of a closure, the overhead costs of a staffing/consulting company remains the same as mentioned below:
Recruiter Salaries +
Resume Database Access +
Office rent & other office expenditure.
First thing first, “Salaries” cannot get compromised as we are working for that magical word “Salary”, I know that most of you might be working from offshore, particularly in a night shift and so definitely need a good pay pack for the health risk involved.
Secondly Resume Database Access: In order to sell the consultants who are on our database, we are posting their resumes on various jobs sites and again purchasing the same as Resume Database from the same job site to access the resumes posted by other companies.
